Certificate of Use/Occupancy

Certificates of Use/Occupancy are required before any permitted construction can be used or occupied.

A Certificate of Occupancy/Use (C/O) is issued upon successfully meeting all building permit requirements.

Very rarely, however, it may be necessary to issue a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy prior to completion. In such instances, no safety measure or stormwater issue shall be left undone.
